House of Attractions

The Lion King 

Address: Tauron Arena.

A performance of the 1994 film The Lion King, enriched with an original soundtrack composed by Hans Zimmer, will be presented at the Film Music Festival in Krakow. The Beethoven Academy Orchestra, together with the choirs of the Krakow Philharmonic and Pro Musica Mundi, will present this unique production under the baton of esteemed conductor Erik Ochsner.

Andersen Fairy Tale Shadow Theatre - Kino Kijów 

Address: Zygmunt Krasiński Avenue, Kijów Cinema.

Imagine a quiet afternoon with the family, where you sit comfortably in armchairs to rediscover the age-old tales and stories of Hans Christian Andersen. This event is not just for children - who among us doesn't want to revisit childhood memories?

That's not all! Andersen himself will be there waiting for you, ready to tell you about his life. In addition, five screens will be set up on the stage, which will light up at just the right moment, showing the magic of colourful shadows and fairy tale characters.

Unique Museum Night 2025 

Address: Żupny Castle, Zamkowa 8, Wieliczka.

Two fascinating temporary exhibitions await in the castle: "Secrets of St. Clement's Church in Wieliczka", presenting the treasures of the Wieliczka parish, and "The World of Miners. Miners' work in historical photographs", depicting the lives of miners in thirty mines around the world: in Europe, North America and Australia. The motto of this year's event is 'Museums for education and research'.

SIC MUNDUS - Escape Room 

Address: Szlak 16a/2.

"Sic Mundus. Escape Room" is a unique attraction on the entertainment map for families with children in Krakow, inviting the brave to an unforgettable adventure that mixes history, puzzles and thrills. Opening at the end of 2023, this escape room attracts both local residents and tourists looking for a unique experience.

Akukuu playroom 

Address: Kaufland Prądnik Biały.

There are many playrooms in Krakow, but this one definitely stands out among them. It's the largest children's play centre in Małopolska and, what's more, it's not located in any shopping mall, so there are no crowds.

Cat Café 

Address: Lubicz 1.

For those who love good coffee and cats, this place is a real paradise. Surrounded by cat tranquillity and a blissful atmosphere, all children feel at home here.

Lunapark 

Address: 7 Parkowa Street in Zatorze.

Zatorland, one of the most interesting amusement parks in Poland, is located in Zator, 60 km from Kraków. In addition to the Lunapark, three theme parks are also worth a visit: the Moving Dinosaurs Park, the Insects Park and the Mythology Park.

Kopiec Kosciuszki - al. Waszyngtona 1

From 2 May to 31 August, every Friday and Saturday, it is possible to visit the Kościuszko Mound at night. Tickets for the night tour, priced at PLN 15 per person, can be purchased on site at the ticket office located in the Blessed Bronisława Chapel below the Mound.

Museum Night at the Krakow Museum - Krzysztofory Palace, Market Square 35

Address: Krzysztofory Palace, Market Square 35.

In the next adventure of the two Frugal Dragons, the heroes come across a very old volume by Dr Jan Twardowski in the University Library. They decide to open this ancient book, and as they turn its pages, legends related to science come to life. This is an annual event for children and adults alike that you can't miss!

GINO and SUZI. CHURCHES 

Address: Braska Theatre 52.

Gino and Suzi, the charming comedy couple, return this time as head chefs in their fine-dining restaurant. In their kitchen, they cook to a swinging rhythm to please even the most refined palates of their guests. However, one day, as it happens, the perfect charm of their kitchen disappears. A surprising new order, despite its apparent simplicity, becomes a real challenge for them. Despite repeated attempts to save the dish, everything is heading for a culinary disaster. Will they manage to get out of their predicament, and will anything save them from a gastronomic fiasco? This comedy full of gags, funny incidents, sophisticated dishes, flavours, smells, sounds and colours will keep the viewer glued to the kitchen counter until the very end.

VAN GOGH Multi-Sensory Exhibition

Van Gogh multisensory exhibition in Krakow! This is a global, multisensory exhibition that extremely engages the senses by presenting the greatest works of Vincent Van Gogh.

Banksy Museum 

Address: 21 Berka Joselewicza Street.

More than 150 works by the most enigmatic contemporary artist are on display in the unique post-industrial interiors of the Martin Jarra Plater, Silver and Metal Works Factory. The Banksy Museum aims to introduce the figure of Banksy himself and his extraordinary approach through the creativity he has shown on the streets around the world. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the master of street art through a comprehensive and immersive experience.

A multi-screen cinema that presents blockbusters, studio films, world productions and film classics. Here, every child will understand what it means to go to the movies and not just to the cinema.

Festival of Colours -Tauron Arena

Address: Tauron Arena.

The Festival of Colours is by far the most colourful event in town! An extremely important part of this event is the collective scattering of dozens of Holi colours. The multicoloured dust forms a beautiful cloud over the heads of the audience, which, as it falls, colours all the participants. This event is fun for people of all ages.

"The soul is in the air" exhibition - Hotel Galaxy

Address: Hotel Galaxy.

The reflections on the nature of humans and their relationship with other species are very interesting. Indeed, by getting to know the great apes more closely, we begin to reflect on their similarities to ourselves, both in behaviour and in the experience of emotions. The question of the existence of a 'soul' in other species is also fascinating and provokes deeper reflection on our understanding of the world. We may wonder whether our perception of emotions and experiences is exclusively human, or whether other species may also have some elements of an inner emotional life.

Legends of Krakow ROBOTIC SHOW

Address: 8 Pawia Street.

A robot show with a multimedia background, which presents the history of Krakow through the most fascinating legends, sounds like an extraordinary experience! Through the use of modern technology and animation, it succeeds in telling the city's rich history in a dynamic way, showing it through the prism of mysterious stories and legends. The Robotic show is also an event for families with children - an excellent way to bring the history of Krakow to the public in an interactive and thrilling way.

Exhibition at the Living Butterfly Museum

Visiting a museum is always a fascinating experience, but touching wildlife is something else entirely. And then you feed the birds straight from the palm of your hand - an unforgettable moment when you feel their gentle touch and observe their beauty up close. Chocolate workshops are great fun for everyone! There are daily activities for children and special events such as birthdays, name days, communions, baby showers and hen parties at the Krakow manufaktura.

Arcade Museum

The Interactive Video Games Museum is a real time machine transporting us back to the 1980s and 1990s. There we can see a collection of more than 150 classic video games, available to everyone every day.

Crazy Carts Drifting Academy

Crazy Cart is a vehicle that imitates skidding. Come and learn drifting on a specially prepared track! It's not as easy as it sounds!

Towards the light 

Address: WOMAI Science and Senses Centre.

The 'Towards the Light' exhibition presents the principles governing the world around us in an accessible and interesting way. It helps to understand physics and chemistry, while providing great fun for younger and older participants.

The Adventures of Jack the Cat - outdoor game 

Address: Forteczna 28, Museum and Centre of the Scout Movement.

An unusual guide and master of the game - Jacek the cat - will reveal the secrets of Fort Jugowice 52a to you. A map and a task card will guide you along a route full of riddles and surprises. In this game you will learn the history of the Krakow Fortress, who lived in Fort Jugowice, what everyday life was like for the soldiers serving in the Austro-Hungarian army over a hundred years ago and what role in the army was played by... animals.
