What if I didn't get a ticket?
The presentation of an e-mail confirmation of the transaction is sufficient as an introduction to our attractions.
Can a reservation be made?
Bookings are only available for groups of more than 10 people. Please contact us by phone or email. For smaller groups no booking is required and the most convenient and cheapest option is to purchase your ticket online via our website.
What is the validity period of the ticket?
The ticket has no time limit and can be used at any time
Is admission free for children?
Children under the age of 3 enter for free.
What is the minimum age for children to visit the attractions?
There are no age restrictions.
From what age can children visit attractions unaccompanied?
From 10 years of age. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Where can you buy a ticket?
Tickets can be purchased on our website or directly from the box office at the venue.
How long does it take to visit the attraction?
It takes approximately two hours to visit all the attractions (Platinum Package).
Are there queues?
Queues mainly occur during holidays and weekends.
Are concessionary tickets available?
Discounted tickets are only available for the 'Living Butterfly Museum'.
Discounted tickets are available for students, pupils and senior citizens.

Is the facility wheelchair accessible?
There are no lifts in our facilities, there are stairs instead.
