Promotional terms (21–30 Nov 2025): voucher validity, usage rules, payment details, refunds, and conditions for House of Attractions.

Voucher validity period: 6 months from the date of purchase (until 30.05.2026).

The voucher can be used on the day following purchase.

• Gallery of House of Attractions Krakow — vivid photos of thrilling attractions like Mirror Maze, VR, 7D cinema, Butterfly Museum, Infinity Room and more fun experiences.
• House of Illusions
• Escape Room Wawel
• Dragon Arcade

Types of vouchers

Two types of voucher are involved in the campaign:

1. Voucher 100 zł → value 127 zł (discounts approx. 27%)
2. Voucher 200 zł → value 277 zł (discounts approx. 27%)

General principles

• The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (until 31.05.2026).
• The voucher can be used on the day following purchase.
• The voucher can be used during one visit.
• The voucher covers all or part of the price of the services; if the price exceeds the nominal value, the client pays the difference.
• The voucher is valid for all participating projects.
• Promotions do not combine - additional discounts do not apply when the voucher is used.
• The voucher is not exchangeable for cash or refundable.

2 Terms and conditions of voucher purchase

2.1 The retailer sells vouchers online and allows the purchase of a paper version at the cash registers of the following locations:

2.2 Detailed rules for purchases via the Website are set out in these Terms and Conditions.

• select the type of voucher,
• select the number of vouchers,
• confirm the amount to be paid.

2.4 Online payment is made via an external electronic payment system directly after redirection.

2.5 The voucher is issued once the full amount has been credited to the Seller's bank account.

2.6 Voucher purchased online:

• electronic version (PDF) - sent to the customer's e-mail address immediately after issue,
• paper version - send an email (houseofattractionskrakow@gmail.com) to receive a paper version (e.g. for a gift) and then collect it in person at one of the locations:

2.7 For identification purposes, the email address and date of purchase must be entered on the voucher.

2.8 If an invoice is required when purchasing a voucher, please email houseofattractionskrakow@gmail.com to request an invoice and include a payment confirmation.

2.9 The Customer is obliged to inform the person to whom he or she gives the voucher of the contents of these Terms and Conditions and the rules for its use.

3 Rules for using the voucher

House of Attractions, House of Illusions, Dragon Arcade

• Reservations are not required.
• The customer chooses the attractions/tickets, the value from the voucher is deducted; a surcharge is charged if necessary.

Escape Room Wawel

• Booking is mandatory.
• The client contacts by phone or email, selects a date and time.
• The customer pays the difference - if any.

4. refunds and exchanges of unused funds

• Unused funds are not refundable.
• It is not possible to extend the validity of vouchers.
• Promotions do not combine.

5 Detailed rules for the use of value vouchers

5.1 The owner can only use the value voucher by presenting it at the attraction's ticket office.

5.2 The owner can independently select the services available in the network of attractions, within the limit of the voucher value.

5.3 The voucher can be redeemed on any day, during the opening hours of the attraction, during the validity period.

5.4 The possession of a valid voucher does not guarantee entry on a particular date - the possibility of closure of the attraction (e.g. technical) must be taken into account. Before visiting, please check at www.houseofattractions.club whether the attraction is open.

6 Expiry date of the voucher

• The voucher is valid for 6 months after the end of the campaign (until 30.05.2026).
• Once the deadline has passed, the voucher cannot be redeemed and the funds are non-refundable.
• Duplicate paper vouchers are not issued.

7 General rules for the use of vouchers

• Vouchers are not named; the retailer does not verify the identity of the user.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
• The retailer may refuse to redeem the voucher after the deadline or in the event of damage that makes identification impossible.

8 Warranty and complaints

8.1 The seller undertakes to deliver the voucher without defects.

8.2 Complaints relating to the purchase and use of vouchers should be addressed to:

8.4 The complaint will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt.
